Mezza Luna in Springfield

It was so good. Next time I travel back with my Mom we are going back to this place again. We're from Klamath Falls, Oregon. Southern Oregon.

Even though when you walk into mezzaluna Pizza in Springfield the chairs are upside down and you can only order for takeout it isn't any less uninviting. The pizza is still just as good and the people who make it are still just as great!

Truly reminds me of my favorite pizza place back home in San Diego (Bronx Pizza). I realize this is an odd way to start a review but it's the highest praise possible. The fruit and nut salad makes me want to eat salad more often. The pizza is always amazing and I love the inventive combinations. Polite and courteous staff. Super worth the money and the space in your belly

Pizza was good. I ordered for pickup. I arrived right at about 20 minutes after I placed my call, on a Friday night, and when I arrived my pizza was already waiting for me. One employee was busy with customers at a register. A seperate employee noticed me and asked if I was there to pick up. He promptly assisted me in making the transaction and seeing that I made it out of the door with my pizza without further delay. I'd recommend this place based off of my first visit.

By far -Hands down- the best Pizza in Lane County! I would say better than Sizzle Pie.

Pizza was VERY tasty and you could tell it was hand-tossed. The Greek salad was perfect. A lot of food for a reasonable price. Well worth the drive from Eugene ;-)

The only New York-style slice I've found in Springfield. Small but comfy dining area, and a pretty good Cesar salad. In love with the mushroom pizza!

Visited this spacious location during a slow period (me being the only customer at 2 in the afternoon). The man in front of Mezza Luna was very welcoming and willing to explain the choices of ingredients. My calzone took a little less than 20min to cook to order, and definitely worth the 14$. I can taste the real mozzarella and ricotta that went into the stuffing of this delectable monstrosity.I dock a star because upon walking in, two-thirds of the table surfaces were not wiped down and sprinkled with crumbs and spilled cheese. Aside from that, I enjoyed the quiet ambience of the slow hour I spent here and look forward to coming back.

It's a nice pizza place. The slices are HUGE and the staff was polite. Tables were clean and the floor was swept. If your looking for a pizza joint different than fast food pizza, definitely check this place out.

I would've given it a five star except for one thing. They raised all their single slices by $0.25, which as a student, really messed up my budget spending. I only have $25 to spend in a week, sometimes less. It used to be a perfect $5 with drink and slice of pizza but now it's more. Don't get me wrong, I really love the place, but it just cheesed me a bit. That's all.

First time rolling through town and came across this elegant, comfortably-priced spot. I’ll definitely be back!

This was the BEST pizza I have had in a long time! It reminded me of my childhood, in the Bronx, walking to my neighborhood pizzeria for my $1 slice. Ordered half pepperoni and half meat meeting and it was very satisfying. The pizza brought a surprisingly pleasant closing to our quarantined day! Thank you Mezza Luna Pizzeria - 😋

They have the best pizza. My favorite is the hearty fungus. Everyone here is always nice, they answer their phones quickly for to go orders and they make an amazing pizza in no time! Highly recommend to any pizza lover

Great service to back up a delicious slice. Reasonable prices for slices, menu offerings are broad enough to satisfy. I had been burnt out on pizza until Mezza Luna brought me back to the fold with their excellent food.

Did not enjoy, and a nightmare to people trying to not eat so much grease. On the pizza there where pudles of grease. If I could I would put 0 star

This was the first time we have visited Mezza Luna. The neon sign saying pizza by the slice is the reason we stopped in. There was a choice of 6 pizzas by the slice ready to order. It was a Saturday about 4:30 and the restaurant had just a few people dining. The restuarant was clean and had plenty of seating. We each ordered 2 slices of pizza. The slices were big and very tasty. I had a very cold cider and an IPA. We received our food quickly and would like to come back again and try other items on the menu.

You can tell they make their crust by hand... top notch...

Really good New York style pizza!

The food is excellent but expensive and several staff members can be very slow in giving services. It once took over an hour to get just 2 pizzas from the listed menu. The desserts are amazing.

Pizza was delicious, fresh, tasty and as full as I was I wanted more. The salads are stunning and huge. Owners were extremely friendly and pleasant it felt like home. Highly recommended. Great prices for amazing portions. Your really missing out if you haven't tried it yet.... No seriously go now!

The first time we had Mezza Luna, we were very impressed. Delicious crust, not too cheesy - a bit on the expensive side especially since you have to pick it up yourself, and very spicy pepperonis, but I'll pay out for a good pie :) HOWEVER, the second time we ordered from here was a massive disappointment. Crust was flimsy (and wet?) but tasted burnt (like ovens hadn't been cleaned - pieces of burnt dough from other pies were clinging to ours) + way too much cheese and very sad toppings. After our second experience, I won't be going back to pay $30 for a pie like that.

My favorite pizzeria in the area! Great thin style crust. Choice toppings. By the slice or whole pie. Fantastic ceasar salads too!

Vegetarian Pizza was fresh. Margherita Pizza delicious! Not a bargain, a bit pricey (- 1Star). Well made pie. Nice bright airy atmosphere. The staff seemed well trained and happy.

Favorite local place for pizza by the slice. Reminds me of pizza on the east coast. Owner of the place works there also and is very friendly. Was nice to be at an establishment where the owner makes your meal and delivers it with a smile. A+

Okay pizza, dough is thin and not greasy 👍🏼. Pizza sauce lacks of flavor and amount. It would be nice to have some more mozzarella cheese in it.

Great calzone. Little heavy on the ricotta for me but all other fillings were consistent with a great serving. Really great people.
